Jane O’Keefe- Manager

Jane has 30 year’s experience in childcare and strongly believes in the importance of play in children's lives. Having started working in her children’s pre-school in Tatsfield she progressed to management then later to quality assurance and inspection work, spending 10 years inspecting for Ofsted. In recent years she returned to nursery management and has been Manager of a large Nursery in Oxted.   Alongside this Jane also managed a school holiday playscheme for a number of years.  Jane has Diplomas in Pre-school practice and Leadership and Management and has a level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education. Jane is trained in first aid and is our safeguarding officer.

Jane thoroughly enjoys working at Little Country Lovers as this involves her two favourite things: children and animals. 

Suzi - Administrator and play-worker

Suzi has experience of working as both a pre-school assistant and a children’s nanny. Most recently she has gained considerable voluntary experience by running a toddler group. Suzi has two daughters of her own who attend school in Westerham. She has recently completed a Level 2 childcare qualification and is first aid trained. Suzi has a degree in Editorial Photography and worked for Oxfam for a number of years, project managing photoshoots in areas of need around the world.

Suzi is also responsible for admin and bookings.
